     研究方向:肿瘤细胞与分子生物学,包括癌基因功能、肿瘤细胞信号转导等,在此基础上探索肿瘤治疗方案。

     科室简介:研究室在蒋扬富教授带领下主要开展肿瘤细胞与分子生物学研究,以乳腺癌、肝癌等实体瘤为研究对象,开展生长因子受体信号传导、肿瘤细胞应激反应、肿瘤转移及肿瘤化学预防等几个方向的研究。这些研究有助于探索癌基因在肿瘤发生、发展中的作用机理及肿瘤预防或靶向治疗策略。研究室先后承担了国家重大科技专项(1项)、国家自然科学基金项目(7项)、教育部博士点基金项目(1项)、教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划(1项)、四川省青年科技基金项目(2项)等。在Cell Research Journal of PathologyMedicinal Research ReviewsBritish Journal of PharmacologyJournal of Hematology & OncologyJBCBreast Cancer ResearchCell Death & Disease等刊物发表多篇论文。本研究室现有博士师导师1, 实验技师1名。可招收博士后及博、硕士研究生,欢迎申请华西医院专职博士后。

三、特色平台/设备(简要)

细胞与分子生物学实验平台

本研究室具备开展肿瘤生物学研究的实验条件。具有细胞培养、核酸及蛋白电泳、梯度PCR仪、紫外分光光度计、冷冻高速离心机、酶标仪、凝胶及化学发光检测系统、倒置荧光显微镜、超低温冰箱、荧光及化学发光分析仪等。
